In the heart of a coast small town, plagued with climate change and pollution a hero is born, meet a 17-year-old aspiring marine scientist Anzi on a mission to cure plastic fish. After several failed attempts to develop a cure for plastic in fish, consequences catch up with Anzi and her fish business family is lost due to a heap of debt. Left with no choice, she forms a usual alliance with dark-humored and revengeful fish to stop a ruthless industrialist polluter who is monopolizing her community.
